Digital
We live in a digital age where
our watches
and our cars
and our phones
and our entire lives
are controlled through a series of binary ones and zeros.
We live in a digital age where the 4 millimeter camera on my smartphone
outshines the standard on my hefty $ 2,000 SLR.
Where the 'computer' in my car malfunctioned and sent me flying into a wall.
We live in a digital age where a penpal is no longer ink and paper, and wanting to watch a movie is as simple as clicking a few buttons on my $3,000 internet machine.
We live in a digital age so heavy, if all of the computers on our planet where to stop working our world would be nothing but another orbiting planet with humans frantically running about the same way Ants do when you disturb their nests.
We live in a digital age where anything you can think of will exist.
But does this all eventually come with a cost? And are we all truly willing to continue on with our lives so dependant on technology not knowing what that cost is?
We live in a Digital age where people are no longer as powerful as technology, we just drive it.
I am happy with that, but are you?
Always,
